  2. Are the crabs guaranteed to arrive fresh?

    Our stone crab claws are packed and processed in our own wholesale fish houses and trucked seven days a week from the Keys and west coast of Florida. We ship the freshest product available.

    Stone Crabs must be shipped overnight and are guaranteed to arrive fresh.

    We only use Double Insulated Containers. Refrigeration provided with the best frozen gel packs available. Product is guaranteed fresh for up to 36 hours from shipment time. Billy's ships at 5PM (EST) daily.

  3. What if FedEx does not deliver on time?

    If the package is delivered after 36 hrs, the product is not guaranteed to be fresh. You must notify Billy's or fedex immediately upon receipt.

    Our refund policy requires you to contact us immediately
    PLEASE notify us via telephone 1-800-435-2722 (shipping dept.) when received so that we can contact fedex to file a claim for damaged product.

    We recommend to review any severe weather in your area prior to ordering and contact FedEx should such a condition exist.
